Anne has held a variety of leadership roles in business development, operations and IT services. As Vice President of Network Engineering & Operations at TELUS, Anne is responsible for leading and driving strategy for TELUS’ wireline engineering, build and operations teams across Canada.
Anne lives with her family in Nanaimo, BC. She believes passionately in advancing diversity in the workforce, supporting youth and giving back to our communities. Anne is also a member of the Vancouver Island Community Board for the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation, an independent registered charity that supports the well-being of youth who face obstacles to reaching their full potential.

Brent is currently Chair of the Board of Boyden Canada, one of the largest and leading executive search firms in Canada, with six offices and over 120 professionals across the country conducting critical executive placements from coast to coast. Globally, Boyden includes 70 offices in 40 countries, with Canada among the top three largest countries within the Boyden network.
Since 2014, Brent has served as Office Managing Partner of Boyden’s Vancouver office. With a team of 30, the Vancouver office has been servicing clients in Western Canada for 50 years, conducting CEO and executive level recruitments for public sector, private sector, and not for profit clients.
Since joining the firm in 2001, Brent has conducted hundreds of executive recruitments in a broad array of functions, including Board positions, human resources, marketing/communications, IT, finance, post-secondary administration, and general management. He has assisted over 50 Boards with their recruitment of a new CEO.
Brent is on the Executive Committee of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and on the Board of Take a Hike Foundation. He is a past Board member of the UBC Alumni Association and sat on the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way.
He holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Arts from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science from UBC and spent her professional career in marketing for Telus. She currently focuses her time on philanthropic activities including being a Director on the Board of SVP while volunteering with several other organizations, including SVP Take A Hike Youth Foundation.
Nicole has a passion for the betterment of children, youth and their families. Through her involvement with many local – and several international – organizations that serve youth, she has seen first-hand the tremendous benefits of what happens when we take care of our youth. She brings her marketing, organizational and leadership skills to any organization she’s involved with.
When Nicole isn’t volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family and friends skiing, biking and traveling.

Wendy is a corporate lawyer, corporate director and retired executive. She worked with Methanex Corporation for 19 years – from 2000 to 2019. In her most senior role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Resources, she was responsible for the Legal, Stakeholder Relations, Human Resources and Information Technology functions which involved oversight of the establishment and delivery of strategies that optimized talent, leveraged information technology, maintained and enhanced corporate reputation, ensured legal/regulatory compliance and mitigated exposure to legal risk. Prior to her executive role, she held roles as VP, Human Resources, Director, Investor Relations and Senior Corporate Counsel. Methanex, a public company that trades on both the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchanges, is the world’s largest producer and supplier of methanol, a commodity chemical used in making hundreds of consumer and industrial items as well as being a clean-burning alternative fuel. Since her time at Methanex Wendy has also done some contract legal work, including acting as General Counsel for Loop Energy Inc., a growing hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer. She currently works as contract legal counsel for Caravel Law.
Wendy has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Methanex, she was in-house legal counsel at Canadian Airlines and practiced law at two major law firms. She continues to provide legal advice for small private companies and sits on the Boards of Take a Hike Foundation and Sauder School of Business Centre for Ethics.

Throughout Drew’s career he has had the good fortune to lead teams and work with other great leaders on the pursuit of new possibilities: from Canada’s first online bank, and one of the world’s first socially responsible financial institutions, through to one of the first university campaigns with both fundraising and alumni engagement goals.
At LGM, Drew works with an amazing team that aspires to transform the automotive industry, in the pursuit of their purpose: to accelerate Responsible Mobility for All. They are passionate about the changes in their industry and the positive impact they can have.
Drew builds and leads executive teams to create winning strategies and transform organizations in complex industries: Drew drives sustained performance through employee engagement, great customer experiences, and profitable growth; and is passionate about technology, innovation and creating positive legacy through corporate responsibility.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys volunteering as a Board Member with a growth/ governance focus. Drew is also an avid skier, boater and mountain biker.

Dave provides strategic advice to a wide variety of corporate, public sector and not-for-profit executives and boards focused on delivering projects in the international trade, transportation, natural resource and education sectors.
Dave has extensive experience driving British Columbia and Canada’s trade agenda with Asia, working with Canadian and Asian corporations as they pursue business opportunities in western Canada and China, Japan and Korea. Dave currently represents the Government of Japan as an Honorary Consul General.
During his 37-year career with the Province of British Columbia, as a Deputy Minister, CEO and senior executive, Dave has led major organizations, such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training, Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, British Columbia Railway Company, British Columbia Public Service Agency and the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands.
Dave recently joined the Take a Hike Foundation’s Board of Directors, supporting vulnerable youth in British Columbia’s K-12 education system. In addition, Dave chairs the Honours and Awards Committee for the Canadian Chapter of The Explorers Club and participates on the Canadian Wildlife Federation’s national advisory board for the Canadian Conservation Corps. Dave also leads conservation focused scientific expeditions globally, most recently in Fiji working with indigenous communities to establish a national park and marine reserve. Dave recently completed a six-year term on Royal Roads University’s Board of Governors, where he chaired the Finance and Audit Committee and acted as a Special Advisor to the President.

Aimee is a strategic and compassionate executive who has delivered game-changing results across a variety of industries in the private and public sectors. She has led the strategy definition and execution of numerous transformation projects for the betterment of the organization and those they serve.
Aimee has been a thoughtful leader of cross-functional teams in the areas of Analytics, Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Development & Sales, Supply Chain Optimization, and Finance & Accounting. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis at QuadReal, a global real estate investment, operating and development company that manages the real estate and mortgages portfolio for British Columbia Investment Management Corporation’s pension fund clients and for RBC Global Asset Management clients. Prior to QuadReal, she made contributions at organizations such as Procter & Gamble managing the strategy and execution of a large portfolio of businesses, Vancouver Coastal Health as a key leader on the Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) initiative aimed to transform the quality of patient care in all hospitals and sites across Vancouver Coastal Health, Provincial Health Services Authority, and Providence Health Care, Ritchie Brothers as a key member of their Finance Leadership Team during a high growth stage of the organization, TELUS as part of the wide area networks sales team, and in private equity.
Aimee has a deep heart for serving the vulnerable and underprivileged, whether serving local communities or embarking on international initiatives such as funding the building of clean water supply for children in developing countries or providing entrepreneur opportunities for poverty-stricken families. Outside of work, Aimee enjoys playing sports in the outdoors, is an avid foodie, and spends ample quality time with her family and friends. Having been born/raised in Vancouver and lived 15 years in Toronto, she is eager to be part of Take a Hike’s expansion strategy from British Columbia into Ontario.
